- At least a few years of RN experience, ICU, ED, step-down, perioperative, oncology, cardiac/neuro, or complex care preferred.
- A specialty certification, or the drive to earn one.
- Comfortable working independently in home and non-traditional settings.
- Excellent communication with families and physicians.
- Strong clinical judgment and boundary-setting.
- Comfortable with premium care standards, discretion, punctuality, presentation.
